About Pam Fullenweider, MS, RD, LD

Hi! I’m Pam Fullenweider, a culinary registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in the Mediterranean diet. My mission is to help people discover that good food + good health ALWAYS go together.

I love to cook and have never met a vegetable I don't like! I practice in Houston and enjoy traveling with my family. With over 30 years of experience, I've partnered with UT School of Public Health, worked at St Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and The Methodist Hospital, and taught at The Art Institute of Houston’s Culinary Arts Program. I also won the American Culinary Federation Gold Medal and Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year. When I'm not working on the membership I teach the Living Fully Mediterranean Diet online course, cooking classes, corporate webinars, and maintain a private practice.

Nutrition used to be about deprivation, but now, food can be both delicious and healthy. The Mediterranean diet shows that nutritious, flavorful foods can leave you feeling energized and satisfied. It’s a holistic, sustainable approach that combines good food, movement, and the pleasure of shared meals. I hope to join you on your journey!
