About Pam Fullenweider, MS, RD, LD

Hi, I’m Pam Fullenweider, a culinary registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in the Mediterranean diet. My mission is simple: to help you discover that good food and good health always go together.

I love to cook, I’ve never met a vegetable I didn’t like, and I genuinely believe that eating well should feel like a pleasure — not a chore. Based in Houston, I bring over 30 years of experience to everything I do, from partnering with the UT School of Public Health and working at St. Luke’s Episcopal and The Methodist Hospital, to teaching in The Art Institute of Houston’s Culinary Arts Program. I’m also an American Culinary Federation Gold Medalist and a past Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year.

Today, I channel all of that experience into making the Mediterranean lifestyle accessible for real people with real lives. When I’m not working on this community, you’ll find me teaching my Living Fully Mediterranean online course, leading cooking classes, hosting corporate wellness webinars, or seeing clients in my private practice.
