Featured Topic of the Month: On the second Monday of the month, we’ll share the main topic of the month (e.g., wellness insights, nutrition trends, or seasonal themes). This shows you how to integrate the Mediterranean principles into your daily routine with social connection, exercise, stress management, and quality sleep, enhancing your overall well-being.
Recipe Video: On the 3rd Friday of each month, Pam will share another recipe video with a new recipe, guiding you through one of the featured dishes with clear, step-by-step instructions.
Seasonal Inspiration and Mindset Tips: On the fourth Monday of each month, Pam will dive into a range of topics related to the Mediterranean mindset or the season. These help you build a positive relationship with food, set achievable goals, and embrace a positive mindset with the support of a registered dietitian. They also keep you inspired with fresh ideas to keep your wellness journey engaging.
Pam’s Insights: Pam delivers expert insights in an easy-to-understand format, translating the latest research on the Mediterranean Diet into practical, actionable knowledge. She also shared some of her favorite products, travel updates, inspirations, and more.
