Welcome to June!

With June being Brain Health Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time to embrace Mediterranean meal planning as a delicious way to nourish both your mind and body. The Mediterranean way of eating is rich in brain-boosting foods like leafy greens, colorful vegetables, healthy fats, and omega-3-rich seafood. And the best part? What’s good for your heart is also good for your brain.

This month, we’re keeping it simple -making the most of all the fresh produce summer has to offer. Think vibrant tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, juicy berries —all easy to find at your local farmers market. Longer days mean more sunshine and more time to enjoy being outside, connecting with nature, and slowing down enough to plan and prep nourishing meals.

Let June be a month of renewal—it is the perfect time to reset and reflect not just on what’s on your plate, but also on what’s on your mind and how you’re caring for your body.
