Happy New Year! Hello, January, and cheers to a fresh start! I get excited this time of year with all the possibilities the new year brings: US News & World Report Diet Rankings, new goals and intentions personally and for Fully Mediterranean, and winter finally shows up here in Houston! I can't wait to enjoy new recipes of nourishing soups, stews, and one-pot meals. Citrus is at its peak, and we typically receive a box of grapefruit from the Rio Grande Valley. So, most mornings, I will have a lovely half a grapefruit with my breakfast! As we settle into 2025, whether you are beginning your journey or already on the path, I want to make this a great month of Mediterranean cooking and eating.
