As we get back on track this September, it's time to take a closer look at our exercise routines. Are you struggling with stubborn belly fat that just won’t go away, even though you feel like you’re doing everything right? You’re not alone. One of the most common questions I hear from clients is, “How do I get rid of belly fat?” or “I’m having a hard time losing fat around my stomach.”

The truth is, only about one in five adults get enough exercise to maintain good health and their desired body composition. Sometimes, when we stick to the same routine, our body stops responding the way it used to. The key to seeing results is mixing things up, especially when you’re short on time.
