If you’ve been curious about incorporating more plant-based foods into your routine but are not quite ready to give up a real burger, this recipe is for you. The Nourish Blended Burger is not a veggie burger. Instead, it combines lean ground beef with mushrooms and black beans to create a burger that is hearty, flavorful, and satisfying.

Blended burgers are one of my favorite ways to add more vegetables and legumes to a meal without sacrificing flavor or texture. The mushrooms add moisture and a savory, meaty flavor, while the black beans provide fiber and plant-based protein. Together, they create a burger that feels just as satisfying as a traditional beef burger.

Finished with a simple sriracha mayo and your favorite toppings, these burgers are perfect for summer cookouts, weeknight dinners, or anytime you’re craving a classic burger with a Mediterranean-inspired upgrade.
