The holidays are right around the corner, and if your calendar looks anything like mine, it’s already filling up with family gatherings, work dinners, and festive events. And let’s not forget the treats! From Halloween candy to holiday cookie swaps, it can feel like there’s something sweet around every corner.

Enjoying some of these fun foods is totally fine—it’s part of the joy of the season! But without an action plan, those little bites here and there can add up.
